  • Affordable Care Act sign up: Meet with Certified Navigators who will help you enroll in the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
  • Beading/Jewelry Making: Learn different jewelry-making techniques and make a piece to take home! COST: $5.00


The Book Box: Visit the Friends of the Library store, located in the library's parking lot on the corner of Oak & Chestnut Streets. Here you can buy books, magazines and movies--and all of the proceeds go directly to purchasing items for your library.


Creative Cards Class: In this class, we will learn the techniques to make three cards to take home. COST: $5.00


Friends of the Library: Become a member and be a part of our library community! Your time makes a difference, and your services are needed. Friends of the Library brochures are available at the Main library, or stop by a meeting!


Jewelry Making Class: Join us to learn beading and jewelry making techniques, and make a boot bracelet to take home. COST: $5.00


Make-a-Wreath Class: Join us and learn how to craft a wreath out of tulle. Please call the Lanesville branch to sign up and receive a list of supplies that you will need to bring.
COST: FREE -- JUST BRING NECESSARY SUPPLIES



Medicare Informational Meeting: This seminar will be presented by Jackie Taylor. Preregistration is requested due to limited space and materials; please register in person or by phone at the Main (812-738-4110) or Elizabeth (812-969-2899) branches . COST: FREE
