Join this class to learn the art of paper quilling - rolling, shaping, and gluing strips of paper to create decorative designs. These creations can be used to decorate greeting cards, make wall art, jewelry, and more. Cost is FREE, but registration is required.
This class is for those who have completed Parts 1 and 2.
